It’s unclear, light-golden with a huge, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of banana peel, meat, yeast and wheat. The flavour is sweet with notes of fruit, banana peel, meat, wheat and yeast. The finish is slightly dry and spicy.

Bottle 50cl from Quack Duck thanks a lot. A cloudy golden orange beer with huge head. Nose is fruity on banana side with fresh bread notes. Aroma is malty, sweet, bread like, slightly toasted with grassy hops, noce one.

Bottle, many thanks to Quack-Duck. Hazy golden color with huge long lasting white head. Aroma of banana, wheat, earthy hints. Taste, wheat, malt, yeast and banana. Bittersweet finish. Easy drinkable beer.

bottle from Getränkeeck Petersaurach or Edeka Neuendettelsau. Cloudy pale golden yellow, large white head. Whetay and malty, hardly any banana flavour. A classic example of the style which is not overly banana-ey.

(bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a huge and persistent foamy, eggshell-coloured head. Moderately sweet, slightly wheaty and sour fruity aroma (apricot, citrus). Light-sweet with a little sourness, light to medium bodied with a pleasant carbonation, creamy mouthfeel. Yeasty-fruity taste with a moderate wheat-character; soft malty, slightly sour-fruity finish. Decent quality.
