330 ml bottle as "Bruckmüller Pils 03". BBE 30.08.2012.
Pours a light yellow colour with a large, white and frothy head. Aroma of stinging malts, grass and grains. Flavour of grainy malts, herbs, grassy hops and some sweetish, honey-like notes. High carbonation. Good drinkability, but a bit stuffy and could use a bit more hops.

0.33 l bottle. Golden color. Honeyish aroma with herbal-peppery hops. Sweetish honeyish flavor with medium bitteness and firm herbal note. Smooth palate. Ugly bottle but very drinkable and moreish pils.

Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Slightly Sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied but not watery with a soft carbonation. Mildly malty base with herbal and subtle fruity hops; moderately dry and bitter-sweet finish with the presence of fine and slightly fruity noble hops. Quaffable Pilsener.

mile (1447) - Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 21, 2010
Bottle. Golden, small and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty - grainy sweetish aroma. Body is light to medium, malty and sweetish flavor, light grassy hoppyness. Finish is short to average, malty and dryish, light grassy hoppyness. OK, quite light bodied malty pils, nothing wrong – nothing special.

Bottle, 4.7%. Good refreshing flowery and grassy hop aroma. Clear yellow colour. Nice stable white head. The flavour has a good flowery and grassy flavour like the aroma. Quite subtle, yet distinct. Clean and refreshing.

Pils 03. Sparkling, golden with a ice cream cone head. Has a light herbal aroma. Very herbal taste, almost mushroomy. Maybe a hint of diacetyl. Lowish bitterness. A bit disappointing, since I liked their other beers.

Beershine (4712) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - JUN 21, 2009
Tap at brewery. Bright clear golden with lots of rising bubbles and an ice cream puff head. Fresh billowing aroma, a blend of the fresh grain and dry herbal leafy hop. Not as fizzy as the other beers. Sweet grain entry and a dry finish. Not a lot going on but very refreshing. Mild, good, solid.

Bottle (as Pils 03): Golden, mid-sized lacy fluffy head; dryish grassy hoppy nose with a sweet-malty background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; short bitter finish. Spicy, yes, but not very aromatic.........
