COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bruegel is an easy drinking soft and tasty amber ale. Thanks to the refermentation it offers more body, more head and more taste than most other American and Belgian Amber ales. It is brewed with Dutch barley and German hops. Although the bitterness is clearly present, it is not dominant.

330 mL bottle from LCBO gift pack. Amber-orange in colour, with thick foamy head. Strong aroma of cinnamon-sugar and alcohol. Doesn’t taste how it smells, until the very end. Taste is sweet, with a definite lemony thing going on. Weird.

Bottled(330ml). –Shared with Doggythedog at the Hopdevil in Zagreb
So far the worst Belgian beer from Hopdevil. Orange/amber coloured, medium white head, stinky stale caramel nose. Taste is similar to below average slovenian homebrew beers. So far the worst Belgian beer from Hopdevil.

It looks nice a nice dark orange shade, with a medium sized head that went away fast. The nose was all buttery caramel, slightly milky. The taste is all that, only with some faint metallic and lemony hints and a faint whisper of hops. Remarkably unimpressive.

Color of mud brown ; murky – good off white head - nose of sour grass , milk , fruity ( pears , apples , and apricots ) – taste of sour fruits (apples (green and red) , pears , and apricots ) grassy , cereal , and spices - body is dry and lightly carbonated- aftertaste sour green apples , and apricots

Started great then went south. Nice pour with a long lasting frothy head. Original flavor reminds me of a French amber. Then it all goes away leaving sweet laundry water.

A Mes rate: Great label. Great glass. Let down by the important bit. Full on yeast hit. Dry and slightly sour. Very lively in the mouth. A novelty toke but nothing more.

The appearance was the only good thing about this. Way too overloaded on the sweetness and acidity... A really gross beer. The commercial description calls it easy drinking... I want whatever they’re smoking.

You can really smell the yeast at first sniff on this one as well as citrus. Pours a hazy amber color with little effervescence and equally small white, quick dissipating head. The flavor is interesting but not overly impressive. Could pass itself off as a grape (druif) or lemon lambic easily. Very biiter to the taste with dry finish. The mouthfeel is carbonated and vinegry. Not overly impressed.
