Bring on the exploding foam. 330ml from the annual LCBO gift pack. It was a head that would not quit. There were not very many redeeming qualities about this beer. I don’t think it travels well. The metallic taste that finished the maltness wasn’t up my alley. My caveat to this rate is that I think this would be a different creature if it were actually consumed in Belgium. I love the label though.

Dec 31, 2008 Smell is malts, wheat, flowers, hops, and caramel. Look is amber copper colored with a decent sized white head. Taste is malts, hops, ok balance between the two, watery, sort of off.

Dec 14, 2008 11.2 oz stubby. Clear, lightly hazed gold with a thick white head. Lightly sweet fruity nose, a bit of dust and orange. Light, bouncy mouthfeel makes this pretty drinkable. Mild flavors of lemon and light grain, hints of coriander. Sheetlike lacing. Mild and inoffensive, this is a Belgian lawnmower beer, IMO.

Dec 2, 2008 Bottle. This golden beer has a healthy sized white head in its glass and good lacing. I smell bread and butter, yeast, grass and a bit of caramel. The flavour is full of lemon with some herbal parts to it.

Nov 21, 2008 Belgian bubbly bread yeast aroma. Big white foamy head that thins quickly as it coats. Bubbly pale cloudy gold. Dry pale bubbly yeasty bread taste.

The aroma is sweet honey and a touch of yeast
Pours a light orange amber with a nice white head and a lot of glass lacing
THe taste is a little sweet and spicy
I like it i could drink a lot of these
