COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bruegel is an easy drinking soft and tasty amber ale. Thanks to the refermentation it offers more body, more head and more taste than most other American and Belgian Amber ales. It is brewed with Dutch barley and German hops. Although the bitterness is clearly present, it is not dominant.

Clear amber coloured beer with average white head and few carbonation. Malty and buttery aroma. Full sweet and fruity palate. Ending is buttery and little metallic.

Light amber in color with small off-white head and minimal lace. Aromas of cereal, floral hops and some yeast. Taste is slightly sweet up front with a light hoppy finish. Carbonation is good, but body a little to light.

Clear amber. One cm of frothy, white head. Lightly toasted caramel, muted, crisp hops, and grains- aroma. Same flavors. Dry, slightly bitter and yeasty finish. Medium body, just to the sparkling side of balanced. Nice lacing as it goes down. "Soft" is an excellent word for this beer. Nothing exciting, but quite tasty and very drinkable.

Light copper in color. No real sweetness, in fact a tad sour. no real hop taste also. Fizzes a little, but no head retention. Not bad at all, but not compelling me to have another.

Dorqui (1547) - Brescia, ITALY - MAR 16, 2006
Maroon clearly and fraught color, not a lot hazy. Compact and abundant head even if rather little long-lasting. Much spiced and sweet scent; notes of caramel, lightly toasted malt, must and cellar. Lightly prickly and mellow taste, elevated alcoholic perception with fruity, of wine and clear mildew rumors. Modest bitter. Medium extended final.

Amber color and thin head. Doughy aroma , malty and spicy. Palate is also very malty and overall this is tasty but unspectacular.

kind of disappointing. Aroma was offensive (sour). poured an amber hue with a mild white head. This beer was really thin. flavor initally was sour too, but afterwards had a bubblegum/banana like aspect to it. it was not enough to save this beer. Im glad i only had one.

Bottle. Nutty aroma. Excellent appearance, decent frothy head with a good carbonation level. Amber in colour. Leaves a cracking lacing around the glass as it goes down. Honey bitter but not sweet just has a clean nuttiness , easy to drink. nothing amazingly special but a great solid ale. Happy to drink this.
