Bottle: A true amber colored pour with a slightly off-white head which poured a bit thin, but lasted longer than expected. Smell is toasted marshmallow, which can be broken down into toasted and sugar or maybe sweet white bread. Butter or toffee also. Body is a creamy with a very soft carbonation. If I were to walk into a bar and ask for a beer and be handed this I would be absolutely satisfied, but in general it did not really develop enough or have the complexity to push it higher.

UPDATED: NOV 7, 2007 Bottle from LCBO. Amber pour with a white film. Sweet malty aroma. Flavour is caramel malt, with a bready aftertaste. Not a beer that knock you over the head with extreme flavours, but a nice easy drinking session ale.

Pours a light orange with a thick white head. A tad hoppy on the nose with a big sense of fermenting yeast . Taste is confusing. Not too sweet. Not too hoppy. An odd mixture. The finish is where it balances out.

Nice amber color with smallish off-white head. Good lacing. Nice aroma...mostly cherries... a little sweet-n-sour. Taste is a nice cherry with orange accents. Refreshing tartness. Lingering saccharine sweetness a tad distracting. Overall a nice beer.

330 ml bottle. I went back and looked at some of the several hundred reviews. Lots of variablity on carbonation which might be expected but pretty consistent on taste. A bit yeasty with some nice malty flavor and a very clean finish. Not overwhelming in any way but low enough alcohol to have a few.

Poured into a snifter a light amber like color. It poured a small head. The aroma was very attractive and smooth. There were some floral notes, with a nice hop spicing and some carmel. It was sweet on taste but was a bit light for my liking in an amber. A good beer but not great.

33cl bottle. Nice clear bright amber color with a one finger white head and some lacing. The aroma is simple with honey as the dominant note. Some caramel and Belgian yeast behind it. The flavor is sweet with caramel and honey, Belgian yeast, and tea notes. Medium body with carbonation a little on the higher side. Solid stuff overall. Enjoyable.
