Pours light golden with a wispy, mostly receding off-whtie head. Aroma of citrus, orange peel, lemon, coriander and pepper. Tastes of citrus and lemongrass. Mouthfeel is light bodied bodied, lively carbonation.

Sep 1, 2008 on tap-pours a thin white head and cloudy yellow color. Aroma is clove, some banana, wheat. Taste is lemon, clove/pepper, some banana, wheat. A bit thin. Mild/minimum carbonation.

Aug 31, 2008 Murky straw yellow with a snow white head. Doughy aroma with some citrus and chamomile. Mellow flavors but its mostly wheat. Some coriander flavors. Medium body with abrasive carbonation. Easy to drink but not overly complex.

Aug 30, 2008 Bottle (Brugge Beer White). Lemon, corriander, and sour wheat malt aroma. Cloudy pale yellow color with moderate head. Light lemon, corriander, and wheat malt flavor. On the light side but still spot-on stylewise. A nice light drinking beer.

Aug 18, 2008 Nice wit. Cloudy light yellow with a definite spice aroma. Taste is malty with coriander and cloves coming through.

Aug 18, 2008 GTOM ’08 - Poured light golden in color with a white head. Aromas were crisp showing off lemon, orange rind and light yeast. In the mouth it was light, dry and finished flat.
