sprinkle (113), Carmel(Indy), Indiana, USA Oct 29, 2005 Deep mohoganey and cloudy. Light and spicy on the nose. Rich malts expandwith spices that linger, nice amount of hoppy dryness without too many bittering hops. Could use a little more in aroma
atpayne (615), Zionsville, Indiana, USA Oct 25, 2005 Full cloudy brass color with a large lingering compact head which leaves nice lacing. The aroma has a mild carmel malt, not too powerful but plesant. Carmel malts, roasted lightly, and with a great full roasty malt feel. Good body and finish. Lightly roasted sweeter malts are present as well. This beer fits together nicely. Went great with the roasted duck creepe that I had from their menu. Full flavor and a nice finish. I look forward to sampeling more from Brugge Brasserie.
