draft at pub-murky brown pour-thick beige-brown head-aroma and taste of spice,dough, sweet brown sugar creamy finish

(draught at brewpub) murky brown with a cream head. Nose of Belgian yeast, toasty brown sugar, and ripe banana. Taste of pumpernickel an rye bread, ripe banana, and golden raisin. Medium light body with a creamy carbonation and fruity linger.

Draft sample at IBGF 06. Poured a dark copper color with an average off-white fizzy head that was moastly lasting with fair lacing. Solid complex yeasty aroma. Medium body. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Complex drinkable beer.
