Draft sample at IBGW 2011. Poured clear golden color with an average white creamy fizzy head that mostly lasted and produced little lacing. Moderate to heavy malt, yeast and hop aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth tingly texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy complex sour and sweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. Interesting brew.
