Lots of berries in the aroma. Pours a cloudy light reddish color. Taste is well balanced between sweet and tart. Sour is not overwhelming. Finishes a little sweet. Solid tartness throughout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

2oz taster on tap, at HopCat Broad Ripple. Clear orange color. Thin off white head. Thicker lace. Pretty unpleasant vinegar aroma up front. Some berries. Caramel malt. Moderate sour taste. Light to moderate sweet. Medium to bigger body. Kind of slick texture, lighter carbonation. OK stuff, but the vinegar flavor kind of kills it for me.

Draft. Pours murky purple with an off-white head. Some retention/little lace. Aroma of funk, berry, floral notes. Taste is very tart, berry, funk, earth, medicinal notes. Palate is average carbonation, slick, puckering finish.

Not very good beer. But sounds good. Good descriptions but not that good of a beer. Flavors are Belgian like. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at brewpub. Quite sour, but the fruit and some sweetness still comes through. A little too sour for my tastes but casual sour fans will enjoy it and even hardcore sour fans will find it acceptable.

Draft @ brewery. Belgian yeast, and tart berry aroma. I don’t really know what a boysenberry smells like, but this did smell like some sort of berry. Hazy deep rose with a small white head. Light banana, tart berry, slightly funky Belgian yeast, and light spicy flavor. Body on the light side of medium, moderate carbonation.

Draft. Wanted to really like this one,a boysenberry ale. It is a bit weak overall, nice boyseberry flavor but just a weaker sort of saison-like brew.
