Bottle from a former brewer, wink, wink. Rating# 2. Dark black with a big tan head. Metallic aroma, light roast, not bad. Sour is the word, very dry, a bit of wood and some tobasco, pretty good after two years. (1443).

GABF 2009: Pours a dark muddy brown color and sports just a thin halo of suds atop. The nose is nothing but tobasco sauce..oh wait, maybe a little bit of toasted malt as well in the background. Flavors...well, they clash horrendously. Tart tobasco collides with roasted malt and it’s not even a spicy fight...just messy. Very Very Very weird.
