Optigon (561), Bloomington, Indiana, USA Jul 28, 2007 Pours cloudy, orange-yellow. Minor head. Aroma is lightly spicy, yeasty. Flavor is very fruitful with light spice notes. Moderate mouth feel makes for a good Tripel!

GMCC2181 (559), Bear, Delaware, USA Dec 15, 2008 Bottle courtesy of stfun aka the man... Light yellow in color good head. Aroma and taste and pretty much the same. Nice lemony taste, very crisp and zesty. Touch of spices and banana as well. No way this beer was eleven percent.... Not a trace of alcohol in it. Over all a solid triple. Thanks Josh tjthresh (1422), Greenfield, Indiana, USA Dec 10, 2008 On draft at the brewpub. Pours hazed dirty yellow with some snow white head. The aroma is pretty straight forward banana and peppery or colve spice notes. Flavor is nice. The banana and spice are well blended and balanced. Medium body with ample carbonation and a balanced finish. MartinT (4475), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Nov 30, 2008 My Bottom Line:
A prominent bready yeast character swirls around herbal hops and cracking straw in this authentic and fluffy Tripel.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A slice of foam tops the misty golden sunshine.
-The aroma is too yeasty for my tastes and borders on being vegetal.
-The spicy, herbal hop bitterness is delicate and engaging.
-Polite tropical fruitiness adds complexity.
Bottle. Dorwart (1678), Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA Nov 29, 2008 Good sized white head of varying sized bubbles. Great carbonation keeps a thin hot spot of foam on the surface. Light fruity aroma, with some yeast and spices, oranges and a bit of flowers. Hazy orange in color. Wow, unique flavor. Lots of oranges, chewy sweet malts, light yeast and spices. Noticable alcohol presence but does not really detract from the flavor. Velvety soft in the mouth and very mellow. No bite to this brew at all which kind of means very little hops to me. Finishes soft and mellow with a little lingering orange and malt. An interesting brew that I am not sure should be a triple but then again, I am not sure what other category it should go into.
