Draft sample at Keg Fest. Poured hazy orange color with a minimal fizzy head that lasted with fair lacing. Complex spicy fruit and yeasty aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture. Medium fruity sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration with a small alcohol bite. This is a good beer.

Bottle [leftover 2006 GABF judging beer] poured a clear golden yellow with a large lasting creamy white head. Aromas of pineapple, citrus, light carmel and a hint of spice. Palate was light bodied crisp but slightly syrupy. Flavors of pineapple, vanilla, light carmel and spice with a smooth lingering fruity finish.

Sample at Neilís HSC initation. This beer is a lightly hazy golden-orange color with a medium thin ivory white head that recedes steadily. Thin rings of lacing on the glass. Lots of fruity esters in the nose, mostly lemon and banana. Notes of malt as well. Medium body with flavors of sweet fruit and malt along with some yeast. Lemony finish with a fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.
