Our blonde Belgian style Tripel exhibits notes of vanilla and perhaps pears.

Notes of bubble gum and crisp hops. Pour is golden amber with a white head. Flavor is a little fruity and has some hop presence. A little smooth on the initial intake.

Aroma of honey, clover and lavender. Appearance is cloudy gold with white head. Flavor matches the nose, with some cherry flavors as well. Palate is bubbly. Pretty good Tripel.

Tap at Brugge. Pours a hazy orange. Like apricot purée. Aroma of clove, spice, banana chips and pepper. Flavor of banana and clove mostly. Some wet socks and funk in the finish. Well done.

Pours clear amber with a big creamy beige head that dissipated fairly quickly. The aroma brings sweet light orangey clove like esters. The flavor brings not too sweet wine like Belgian yeast with the pears suggested for sure, vanilla is almost extremely light though. Body has lost carbonation

GABF 2006. Muddied gold. Small white head. Nose is Belgian yeast, spices, light flowery notes and sweet malts. Taste brings forth more yeast, some dried fruits, spices, sweet malts, soft alcohol, and light floral notes. Body is light-medium with some bubbly tingling on the palate. Ends with more yeast notes, sweet malts, flowers, spice and some grains.

Guest tap @ Mad Anthonys Fort Wayne while on a post DLD bender. Took me six fucking weeks but i finally figured out who brews this fine ale. Clear amber with a white head. Nice fruity, estery yeasty tripel aroma. Medium body with light carbonation. Good flavor starts citrusy sweet and a little boozy, with spicy yeasts. Drys out a bit for the finish with dusty pale malts and hay. The 11% is noticeable throughout but never really gets in the way. A good tripel no doubt, but like most American brewed examples of this style it’s a bit too sweet and spicy for my tastes.

GTOM ’08 - This poured deep golden in color with a thin head. Aromas were of candi sugar, yeast, herb, spice and alcohol. In the mouth it was powerful and concentrated with a lingering finish. Nice stuff.

Draft at Brugge Brasserie. Appears light orange hued golden with a creamy white head. Hints of rich and funky yeast on a predominantly sweet citric fruity nose. Tart with a sweet body and bitter grapefruity finish. Quite rich and sweet. Full and nicely carbonated with a lingering dryness.

On draft at the brewpub. Pours hazed dirty yellow with some snow white head. The aroma is pretty straight forward banana and peppery or colve spice notes. Flavor is nice. The banana and spice are well blended and balanced. Medium body with ample carbonation and a balanced finish.

Bottle courtesy of stfun aka the man... Light yellow in color good head. Aroma and taste and pretty much the same. Nice lemony taste, very crisp and zesty. Touch of spices and banana as well. No way this beer was eleven percent.... Not a trace of alcohol in it. Over all a solid triple. Thanks Josh
