Nose is very mild with notes of lemon zest, grass, mint leaves, light acetic wheat with some subtle coriander and other spices...a bit thin but not horribly. Flavor is all of the above with an added grassy tone. Decent enough and pretty refreshing. WabashMan (756), Noblesville, Indiana, USA Sep 26, 2008 Brugge makes a lot of beers I’d call "good...not great," but this one fails to live up to that standard. In a word: thin. Thin nose, thin color, thin flavor.
