COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brugge Tripel is the unsurpassed city beer of the people of Bruges. This beer has a well-rounded malt character, an aromatic hop character and a great complexity of flavours. The taste truly evoques the very best of Bruges!

Bottle looks simple. Beer in the glass modest cloudy, huge head. Starts strong, modest sourish. Gets more and more fruity-moldy, a bit earthy. Finish too unbalanced. Not my favourite.

Bottle at Cafe Buitenlust, Oirschot. Bottle said 8.7 ABV. Typical standard tripel color. Good smell and taste. Little too much carbo maybe.

Pretty much a standard tripel. Yellow-Gold colour. Mouthfeel is the only thing that scores above average.

Fruchtiger, etwas hefiger Antrunk. Alkoholisch-süß werdend, irgendwie unpassend und ungeordnet. Langweiliger und muffiger Abgang, etwas malzig. Test vom 26.12.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,6,6,4,8,5 - 5,90

Tap at local restaurant in Brugge. Clear golden colour with nice firm head and really good lacing on the glass. Good carbonation going on in the glass. Aroma is typical tripel, citrus and fresh herbs. Nice bitterness with a dry finish. Decent tripel.
