An amber beer with a beutiful head. The aroma is sweet of caramel. The flavor is of caramel, cloves, and hints of alcohol. It has an OK bitter end to compensate for the sweetness. A quite nice beer.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Clear, amber golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast and fruit. Medium body with plenty of fruit - peach I believe. Lots of yeast and diacetyl also. The finish is bitter. 280607

33 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy orange with a lacing off-white head. Yeasty, fruity and mild butterish aroma. Classic fruity belgian yeast and dark caramel malt dominated flavour. Medium sweet with a solid spice note and a strong maltbase. Nicely balance of these notes into the finish. Quite malty tripel.

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2007 Bottled. Hazy orange amber, creamy head. Aroma of orange with an evident addition of alcohol. Sweet and fruity, some syrup. Solidly malty with very light yeast character. More syrup than anyting else - perhaps alcohol is the closest rival. Drying out somewhat towards a finish with some cardboard. Pretty disappointing.

Draught. Peppery aroma, some wheat. Clear copper colour. Big stable white head, leaving good lace. Quite clean flavour, some yeast and pepper. Peppery aftertaste. Nice and drinkable, good tripel.
