Pours a crystal clear gold with a small white ring of head. Aroma is spicy/floral sazz mixed with pils malt giving good complexity. Flavour is crisp pils malt, spicy, floral, mild bitterness, dry finish and overall a very clean beer. Nice work!

My least favorite style... However this is in line with urquel. Pours a clear golden color with a frothy white head. Aroma of pil malts, noble hops and clean Czech lager yeast(reason why I don’t like this style is I think this yeast strain Smells when mixed with noble hops ). Taste is sweet pil malts, spicy noble hops, Czech lager yeast with a dry finish that’s clean and crisp and pops off the palate. Exactly what the style should be.

Draft in the Hotel Holt lounge Reykjavik, with its crazy charcoal portraits and red leather chairs. Hazy golden with a creamy lasting head. Clean grains with a kiss of noble hops. Not bad.

Bottle from 1919 lounge, Reykjavík. Clear blonde, thin white bubbly head. Lots of carb. Nose is slightly Czech pils, slightly kolsch. Mouth is sweet at first, then bittering then malty, with an ever so slight aftertaste of diacetyl. Ok-ish. ---via BeerBuddy

Golden clear with nice white head, that last medium time. Sweet hay in the aroma. Malt, medium sweet with a distinguished crisp bitterness in the aftertaste. High in carbon.

330ml bottle. Golden color, really small head. Sweet aroma, a bit bitter flavor, a little watery.
