Thin head and a bit of a sweet aroma put me off a bit, but the beer tastes very good overall

Tap @ Micro Bar. A bit hazy, dark golden appearance with a lovely, big white head. Clean, husky/grainy, somewhat herbal/woody aroma. Lightly mineral, sweet husky pils malty, light citrusy flavor. Clean and easy drinking.

I little bitter tasting, although he ran smoothly down my troath. In my opinion one of the best Icelandic beers around. The bottle has a classy style.

Bottle. Clear golden colour with medium creamy white mostly lasting head. Hoppy aroma. Sweet and bitter flavor.

Robust bitter malt aroma. Clear orange color with a small white head. Light sweet beginning with a bitter finish.

Pours gold into a shaker. White head quickly recedes to nothing. Sweet caramel aromas. Dry caramel upfront turning to a lasting slightly bitter finish.

On tap at Islenski Barinn, Reykjavik. Golden with a small head. Aroma and taste of malt, some grass and caramel. Light body, medium carbonation. Drinkable.

Bottle. Courtesy Saxo. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. DArk yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Week but ok butterscotch notes. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.
