Mainly caramel, slightly sweet on the flavour but also some buttery tones surrounding something I can only guess is the angelica. I’d have expected more liquorice-like flavours.

Örtiga och peppriga dofter når näsan. Nästan genant vattnig smak, att jag gjorde mig besväret att bära med mig den här hem från Island kan inte anses som annat än ett... besvär. Blask med inslag av gräs och peppar.

33 cl bottle. Clear amber color, off-white head. Aroma is herbs and malt. Flavor has some sweetness and medium bitterness. Fine carbonation. Strange and not very pleasant aftertaste.

Bottle @ Micro Bar. Clear, burnt orange appearance with an off white head. Toasted, caramel, light corn/veggie, herbal aroma. A little light bodied, toasted malty, a little spicy, caramel, herbal flavor. Ok.

Bottled. Hazy deep golden, rich firm head. Sour aroma of lemon nand tangerine. Thoroughly infected, with 4 months to go until BB date. The soft mouthfeel and likable malt character hardly matters at this stage. Bruggsmidjan seem to have a problem with infections, which is sad, considering the excellent quality when they started.

Bottle. Hazy amber colour with large creamy white mostly lasting head. Malty and hoppy aroma. Sweet flavor. Bitter finish.

Dark amber with a medium head. Aroma and taste of malt, bread, caramel and some herbs. Medium carbonation and a light body. Drinkable but far from something sensational.

Bottle courtesy Saxo. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Strange notes of coco and/or cinnamon? Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate. Strange but not that bad.
