Bottled 25cl. It pours an extremely pale yellow beer with a small white head. Sulphury nose with a huge amount of chestnut purée accompanied by banana. Grainy. Coriander and orange peel sneaking in. Acidic taste. Rather watery. Meatallic. Chestnut purée, orange peel, coriander and banana showing up. Weak finish with a hint of vegetables. Very poor.

Cloudy white yellowish hue, with a white head, leaving laces, pale, wheaty malt, lemony nose, with some citrus fruity notes of lemon peel, grapefruit, with a touch of coriander spiciness in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, wheaty, citrusy character of lemon, with a grapefruit milky yoghurt accent, with hint of vanilla too, and a note of spicy coriander, leading towards a milky citrusy lemony finish.

Bottle as Blanch de Bruges at Gare Du Nord in Paris. A bit hazy gold color. Seems unfiltered. Slight head. Decent wit. Note from 10/19/2004.

Light yellow colored with cloudy appearance. Little white head. Boring aroma with thin orange and spices. Thin to medium bodied, watery palate. Flavor is slightly richer with lemon and yeast, mild spices also. Nothing special.
