Bottle at home. Unclear white with a large white head, OK lacings. Aroma moderate malty (fruity) and yeasty. Flavor moderate sweet and acidic. Light/moderate body, soft carbonated. Good.

Bottle. The aroma was weaker than I’d expected, but definitely fruity. The appearance was a very hazy gold, but the precipitate in the beer had clotted quite a bit. The flavor was mildly sweet and fruity, it went nicely with the fish I had for dinner. The mouthfeel was nice and light. Not bad.

Very pale yellow with hazy center. Good white creamy head. Aroma is not as sweet as other wits, but its still mostly banana. The is a flowery tone as well along with some caramel. The taste is likewise a bt more bitter, quite low carbonated and ending with the usual sweetness.

Bottle. Typical witbear appearance and aroma. There’s an interesting note of grapefruit, but unfortunately, I found the flavour and palate to be thin and quite dissappointing.

Sampled draught at Hotel du France Pub 21, Pontarlier, France. Hazy lemon coloured, fruity aroma with nice spicy and citrusy notes, mild wheat touch, very refreshing. Tipical belgian witbier.

UPDATED: SEP 2, 2007 Bottle from Royal Harbour Brewhouse - pronounced phonetically by the bar maid as she recommended it (she also suggested Jupiler, so she gets little credit anyway). Haven’t heard good things about this beer, so I’ve put off trying it until now. Pleasantly surprised - quite a good wit! Hazy yellow colour with medium off white head. Yeasty nose with citrus and coriander notes. Mild carbonation. Lovely fresh citrus taste - grapefruit, orange, lemon. Nice clean finish. Quite nice for a wit, but will stick with my established favorites.

Bottle. Pale hazy golden colour with a medium creamy white head. Aroma and taste of yeast, hops, citrus and coriander.

Zesty, misty apricot Witbier with a crisp, citrus flavour and hints of smokiness. This is a refreshing beer, but out of a bottle pours with an underwhelming stillness and odd, rusty baked-bean tin aroma.
