After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained no carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick pale color and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a koriander touch. This beer smells fruity.

Bottle. Aa Brugs Biere Blanche. A hazy pale golden beer with a white head. Grainy pale malts and a fine citrusy fruityness in the aroma. A little spiced touch too. The flavor is grainy and fruity in a nice blend, still rather boring. Medium body. Finishes like it starts. Not bad, but too boring. 100806

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a white head. Light wheaty aroma with some citric/coriander notes. Well balanced flavor with a wheaty base, light citric notes, and a moderately dry finish. A solid witbier.

I think I had this as a Brugs Witbier in a 25 cl bottle. A real white beer, and I like whites so I like this one.

Unclear, lightly yellow coloured. Typical witbier for sure. Medium white head that holds good. A bit of an unpleasant sour-yeast aroma. To watery citrus-yeast-spiced taste. Easy drinkable, to weak for sure.
