Pours a milky white to yellow beer. Very fine white creamy head. Smells a little like citrus, but almost no smell at all. A little carbon, probably due to the age (drank almost at exp. date). A bit of a flattened mouth feeling, sour to bitter aftertaste. Needs rerating with a fresh bottle. Aging does no good to this beer.

As Bruges Witbier. Overall tasted like a German hefewizen. Poured a slightly hazy gold with a decent white head with good retention. Aroma of bubblegum, cloves. Taste is very malty, loads of pale ale malts, Munich malts. Force carbonated palate.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow in colour with a moderate, tight white head. Aroma of coriander, grain and orange peel with some zesty yeast. Flavour was slightly tart, with more green herbs, lemon and a dry finish. Good.

On draught, Brussels. Pours cloudy pale yellow, with small white head. Sweet citrus on the nose, developing to herbal citrus. Refreshing on the palate, quite light and grainy. Not bad at all.
