33 cl bottle. Pale yellow, slightly hazy beer with a thin white head. Light citrusy nose, faint hint of corander and a prominent lactic aroma. Body is quite thin and very tart. Sort of a cross between a wit and a berliner weisse. Tart sourness, lactic/citrus flavour with a touch of spice. Refreshing.

Draught. A typical Belgian wit with a spicy, wheaty aroma and a cloudy yellow colour. The taste is spicy with hints of clove; and refreshing. The mouthfeel is slightly thinner than some wits and there is not that satisfying creaminess, but it is a good beer for sure.

UPDATED: AUG 10, 2007 Typical light hazy yellow color. Inspiring lemon, oranges and spices aroma. You feel refreshed already after the first sip from the well balanced sweetness with a little tart taste towards the end that leaves you all ready for a new adventure: Best white beer I ever tried.
I had the chance to revisit. This was a rating from my first week on the site. Still enjoyable and a classic example, but nothing really sets it apart from other wits.
