Dickinsonbeer (2512), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA Mar 29, 2008 .33 l botle. Even with a swirl ther eis hardly any yeast haze in this- just a pale dull lightly carbonated yellow piss colored beer. Aroma is lightly freuity with soem lemon and other fruity esters- phenolic spicy, some pepper, and clove and vanilla but very clean and not real full yeast character. Flavor is bland as well- dull nutty cracker malts, lemon zest, and light phenolics- pepper and some clove spice. Weak body and mothfeel- lame witbier.
Jukkabro (2349), Tampere, Finland Aug 17, 2008 Light yellow colored with cloudy appearance. Little white head. Boring aroma with thin orange and spices. Thin to medium bodied, watery palate. Flavor is slightly richer with lemon and yeast, mild spices also. Nothing special. Disgustosa blanche che sa d’aceto e di fango ryano (9), Australia does not count Aug 11, 2008 a great beer with a fruity aroma and a classis look as well. A bit of a meaty flavour, but is one of the better wheat beers i have tasted. Its a must if u visit belgium! sir_Pino (513), Zawiercie / Żywiec, Poland Jul 28, 2008 No 381

Bottle brown, 330 ml
Appearance: Pours citrusy lemon, milky - hazy body texture, very well and intensively carbonated in body, rather weak, small, fizzy to foamy head, very quickly decreasing to minimal, no lacing but body carbonation is very impressive.
Aroma: A kind of accidic - sour grainy touch, mineral nose, very gentle notes of yeast&alcohol in aroma, grains, flour, aroma is very weak but quite nice, lacking some pronounced fruity aroma like ’Kronnenbourg Blanc’, a bit milky, rather weak and reminding Belgian Blonds.
Flavour: Front is sour, accidic, salty with strong effervescence not strong carbonation, some smooth milky touch on palate, later on beer becomes lighter and more easy going, finish duration is medium, very mild, flavour with slightly flowery and grainy notes, lemon, lime, hints of vinegar, more refreshing than the fruity one and a bit heavy ’Kronnenbourg Blanc’, some notes of grainy, white bread, salt, some weak perfume hints, focused and pronounced taste.
Palate: Body is light, texture is creamy what is much better than in the case of ’Kronnenbourg Blanc’ with rather wattery texture, some distinctive and pronounced notes of grains, lime, lemon, clean, sour, refreshing with lightly alcoholic touch at finish.
