young (45), Georgia, USA Oct 1, 2000 Did not enjoy this beer. It seemed almost tasteless and like nothing but wheat. No hops to balance at all it seemed. Thin. Watery. Avoid.
KyotoLefty (518), Kyoto, Japan Jan 4, 2009 French-made version. Very light yellowish-white color, little head. Lemony aroma with wheat. Tastes more like a lemonade or a radler than a wheat beer to me. Way too much lemon. Easy to drink, but more like a soda than a real beer. I would not recommend it. dj (398), Gloucestershire, England Dec 30, 2008 Bottle, 250ml. A pale straw colour with almost no head. Aroma of vanilla and citrus with some coriander notes. Taste has plenty of wheat, some citrus and some faint herbal notes. Perhaps some vanilla in there too. A somewhat watery citric finish. Moderate carbonation. Drinkable enough, but not a great example of the style. mike1977ok (445), Netherlands Dec 11, 2008 Very pale with champagne-like head. Mild, fresh aroma and also mild taste. Very much a refresher but lacks depth of flavour.
oldrtybastrd (1801), Morlautern, Germany/Great Falls, Montana, USA Oct 19, 2008 Shared this one w/ SkyCop32. Picked up in Bruges by my friend Patriot Maintenence. Pours a light golden amber color. Aromas of citrus/coriander/some hops. I not big a beers with coriander like tastes. Probably a good beer just not my cup of beer. TheJollyOne (70), Kofu, Japan Oct 13, 2008 Pours a small white head. Body is honey blonde and cloudy. It smells of light citrus and honey, quite refreshing on the nose. The first taste is sour on the tp of the tounge, lime and citrus, wheat towards the end of the taste. The palate is fizzy and quick to finish. A clean, refreshing beer, with little aftertaste.
