2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Dark amber pour with an off-white head. Metallic, roasted malt, and a bit of toast on the nose. Some hints of chocolate, light fruit, and some cola. The flavor is incredibly metallic. Plenty of roasted malt, a bit of chocolate, and a fairly sweet toffee maltiness. Some hints of dark fruit, a bit of cola, and a light sourness. Really not very good.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
33cl bottle at Brewery (not available on tap)
Color: Amber brown, off-white head, disapearing.
Nose: roasted malts, nuts, candi, raisins, pear syrup.
Taste: malts, caramel, chocolate,
Warm body, last for some time, bit sweet finish with a subtile touch of alchol.
Slightly too much carbonated, gives a somewhat aggresive touch to it, in what would be otherse a warm, gentle and complex beer.
Poor choice for the name of the beer in my opinion. (Bok)

On tap. Pours a clear amber with a light grayish brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grains with a good amount of leaves and must. Flavor has earthy grains with a growing sweetness and leaves underlying.

Vd tap. Donkerbruinig met een mooie fijne kraag. Ruikt lichtzurig naar mout. Smaakt waterig, een beetje licht zoetzuur. Geen body.
