Goud, amberkleurig, licht troebel. Schuimkraag blijft lang intact. Fijn palet, maar weinig body. Licht aroma, smaak van fris fruit, noten en alcohol in de nasmaak. Zomers bier!

Bottle: I actually thought I had rated this one already, apparently I did, but didn’t add it here, yet. Hazy darker yellow light orange colored beer with a light airy but pretty vast and slow disappearing white head. Smell fruit, fruity yeasty and some light alcohol malty caramel tones. Some spicy hop and herby hints. Taste has a medium bitterness, some fruity spiced and light sweet tones. Sweet bitter light warming aftertaste. Low to medium carbo, soft tingly mouthfeel, medium to lightly fuller body and a light creamy texture.

Geelgouden kleur met witte kop die aardig blijft zitten. Drinkt in eerste instantie goed weg. Vleugje noten en hop. Vervolgens een citrus met alcohol nasmaak. Prima bier. Aldus Huubs. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle thanks to chudwick. Aroma is nutty, with some sweeter malts. Notes of dark fruit, raisens, some yeast, and a little bit of earthy. Palate is flat and thick (but it is 6 years old). Flavor is ultra nutty bringing out a walnut flavor. Complex.

bottle in a pint glass (label says to enjoy before 2004) - pours super cloudy orange/brown with no head. nose is caramel malts. aroma is candy, toffee, butterscotch and caramel. taste is sweet. I have never had a beer like this, ever - this is nutty old man candy and yes this is a good thing. Aftertaste is walnut with a long finish. I think I will go back to the store and buy them out.

Beautiful golden color on pouring. For best results try while visiting Brugges.

Bottle. A light sour-fruity smell, later on a little bit sweet-malty with cookies. The head is medium large, white and creamy with a normal duration. The body is golden. The taste is light sour and metallic, the finish is light bitter. The body is creamy, medium strong with a normal carbonation.
