And old damp peppery farm…Green apples with a slice of fresh bread…Dancing yeast tornado on crème brûlée…

A nice light malty aroma with hint of spice. Full malty flavor mixes well with the hops.

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2004 The amber colour makes it a bit dark for a triple, not negative ofcourse. The high alcohol percentage is absolutely not dominant, and the beer is very easy to drink.

UPDATED: MAR 1, 2003 Amber coloured triple with large, lasting head. Malty and a bit fruity taste, with obvious alcohol presence. This could have been a reasonable triple, if it wasn't for the bitter and dry finish.

Very big head. Nice complex slightly fruity aroma. Malt and hops balance nicely with the alcohol.

Copper/amber hue with yeast drifting like smoke in suspension. As beer warms, it takes on a murkier appearance. Huge rocky Jersey beach san d colored head. Very fruity aroma, especially mandarin orange. Also some hints of cinnamon. THIS is a BIG BEER. Very spicy feel with a huge malt profile. A cracked pepper flavor early which finishes rather dry. Some sugary hints as well. Reminds me more of a dubbel in some aspects. Delicious. Fruit, cheese and Brugse Tripel, please!
