Initially quite citrusy, orange, zesty but then in comes a spiced note to overwhelm the delicate hop. The spiced flavour affects the rest of the beer and knocks it back for me. It’s still pretty drinkable but you wish for more of the initial taste. yngwie (4934), Kristiansand, Norway
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 30, 2009 Bottle, 33cl. It pours a hazy, golden body with lots of yeast chunks, and a finger-thick off-white head. Fruity, citrusy nose with hints of wheat malt and some spicyness. Citrusy flavor, mostly orange, with coriander as well. Soapy, slightly sourish mouthfeel, medium full. Fruity finish. Sure, it’s drinkable and decent, but it’s slightly unappetizing and a bit challenging to drink. A small glass is enough. (090522) TaxiDriver (934), Stadland, Germany
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 29, 2009 Bottle. A fruity aroma, some yeast, light sweet and later on light sour. The head is small, white and milky with a normal duration. The body is yellow and light cloudy. The taste is a mixture between sour and bitter, the finish is light metallic. The carbonation is lively, the body is rather light and the texture is light creamy and lively.
