Apr 27, 2009 330ml bottle into tulip glass at the Belgian Beer Cafe in Brisbane. A hazy golden beer with chunky sediments and a fluffy white head providing good lacing. Fruity malty aromas. Quite light bodied with malty fruity flavours (mainly oranges) and a gentle spicy bitterness to the finish. A well balanced and sessionable Belgian ale with character. I like it.

Apr 4, 2009 I walked by a dry-cleaners at 3:00 in the morning and there was a sign on the door that said, "Sorry, We Are Closed." You don’t need to be sorry. It’s 3:00 in the morning, and you’re a dry-cleaner... it would be ridiculous for me to expect you to be open.
