Pour is hazed golden yellow with a ton of sediment. Head is 2 inches tall, white, with crackling carbonation. Head falls quickly with very little lacing. Aroma of freshly cut straw and wheat. Really natural, soft and inviting. Some floral sweetness behind the wheat. All very rounded and integrated. Lovely nose. Taste is acidic wheat, citrus lemon and soft floral coriander. Nice mineral character throughout. Finish is a little dirty. Palate is medium full, mouth coating, and a little chunky. Overall, this was a great smelling beer, that had a nice enough taste. Thanks for sending this my way Brian. kidmartinek (979), austin, Texas, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 7/20 | Dec 12, 2008 An obnoxious belgian beer that pours as 3/4 a glass of foam. Aroma is of ripe yeast fruit and sugar. Flavor is like weak, runny lime-soda and beligan ale mixed with a horrible metallic aftertaste. Palate is way too overly carbonated. Price is laughable and artwork on the bottle is ridculous. Wim (1288), Turnhout, Belgium

Taste is citrus, spice, some floral notes. Not much flavor, though. Everything seemed muted. I was unhappy and unsatisfied. Straling (185), Heerlen, Netherlands

Pours a clear yellow/orange colour with good carbonation and a small size head.
Can smell citrusfruits and spices there, mainly th citrusfruits though.
Taste is also lemony and some other citrusfruits. Also there is some hops there and has a nice bitter taste.
Goes down well, can’t taste any of the alcohol. Strykzone (1469), Wood River, Illinois, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 19, 2008 The most noticeable thing about this pour is the huge and numerous pieces of suspended yeast. It is a golden beer with a white head that, while not large, has good retention. The aroma is yeast and spice. Flavor is peppery spice, soapy, earthy, grainy, buttery. Plenty of zest lights up the tongue. The yeast remained suspended throughout the glass never settling at all. thenick (744), North Bellmore, New York, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 17, 2008 Bottle. Pours a gold color with a medium-sized white head. Smells of yeast, spice, and pepper. Taste is herbal with citrus and pepper characteristics as well. It’s solid, but nothing really stands out about it.
