3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
I tried this from a bottle at a bar and later on draft at the brewery in it’s unfiltered form. Aroma is subtle Belgian character, slighly malty with a hints of grass and citrus. It has a thick, long lasting head, especially from draft. It has a satisfyingly full flavour without being overpowering or rich, slighly malty, yeasty, grassy with a smokey aftertaste. The brewery draft version had more bitter bite to it, and a bigger aftertaste that was slightly metallic, you kept wanting another sip to experience it. Very good beer!

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12oz bottle into chalice. Pours a slightly opaque straw-gold with a large, fluffy, white head that dissipates quickly, leaving little lace. Grain hop notes, a bit grassy, slight fruity nose. Light and crisp, with slightly bitter flavour, a bit soapy though. Quite alright.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle at home. When I drink, I’m often too busy chatting or texting or messing about. So no, I didn’t keep a note for this beer either. I’m sorry okay.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle @ Buitenlust with Thomson. Looks reasonably clear and light with lots of bubbles. Smell is quite neutral with some malts in there. Tastes like that as well with a slight hint of bitterness although not unpleasant. Overall, just a solid beer worth noting.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
33 cl bottle bought at local store. Hazy golden color and fluffy white head that decays slowly. Unexpected aroma of grain and hops, backed by a subtle fruity scent. Bitter taste dominated by hops and grains, unlike other Belgian blondes. A hint of citric flavor follows. My first encounter with a "brugse", therefore my surprise, possibly.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 5/20
Clear, golden. White, coillapsing head. Spicy, slightly peppery nose. Dry, slightly bitter, citrusy tastes. A strong metallic taste predominates the back of the palate and lingers as an unpleasant aftertaste.
