Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy golden, small head. Phenolic nose. Sweet and fruity with clean unform mouthfeel,. Some caramel before a dusty finish. Rather unconvincing.

Hazy golden color. Average aroma of paper, cereals, bread, wheat and light spices. The wheat flavor is moderate, decently spiced, lightly fruity (bananas); correct bitterness. The final is rather weak.

Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of Bov. Surprisingly small head. A huge amount of apple in the nose. Sweet. Subdued carbonation. Residual sugars in the finish which is reminiscent of apple and and pear. Thanks a lot Bov!

UPDATED: MAY 31, 2011 re-rated, courtesy of Andreas Brüllmann - pours a cloudy dark orange beer under a little but long lasting foam; fresh corny aroma with notes of citrus and cloves; highly carbonated and medium-bodied, fairly tasty and slightly acidic; the finish is long, acidic and gently salty with more corny and fruity (banana dominates) tones - never heavy and nicely drinkable

from the online shop of the brewery; 5/2010 - hazy dark orange colour with a little foam left; aroma of matured bananas, peach and a hint of corn;a solid carbonation and a medium malt body, very sweet and quite sticky palate, moderately dry aftertaste of bananas with light notes of vegetables (use of cane sugar?) - not bad at all (4/7/6/3/12)
