Availlable on bottle as well from tap, although not tasted the draft one. A little fruity smel and some lightly bitter. Getting better the more you drink

Bottle. Light, slightly hazy golden with a creamy white head that leaves a fair bit of lace. Aroma has a nice sharp tanginess, with some sweet fruit and green herbal notes. Perhaps a bit of pepper as well. Fairly soft mouthfeel. Flavour is a bit light on the palate, but pleasant - some citrus fruit and yeast, with a slight alcohol kick in the finish. Seems simple at first, but it’s a grower.

sayravai (4673) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 1, 2007
(Bottled) Clear golden-amber (hazy golden with yeast) color with a smallish-medium, foamy and quite lasting head. Pretty acidic, grassy-hoppy, fruity aroma with some pale malts and ashes. Neutral, quite malty flavor with sweetish honey and some ashy acidity. Yeast brings in some berries and lemon, and smoothens the flavor. Medium-bodied, neutral and slightly ashy palate with quite low carbonation. A decent blonde, but a bit too ashy and straightforward to be truly enjoyable.

UPDATED: SEP 17, 2007 Bottled. Compact and enough adherent head, good persistence. Orange clearly color, hazy and lightly bubbly. Pleasant and lightly vinous scent. Notes of leaven, must and clear mildews. Prickly, metallic and light sour taste. Overbearing notes of mildew and alcohol. Unusual and balanced. Generated bitter in the end.
