750ml. Bottled 6 / 2010. Pours a bright gold. Active and high foamy head. Aroma of Belgian yeast and apples. Medium to full bodied, strong carbonation. Anise, yeast, spice, and apples are the predominant flavors. Crisp, dry finish with lingering spice. Maybe lost a bit of the hop profile in the last 2 years in the cellar, but this drinks exceptionally. The 7% ABV goes down very smoothly. A fine Belgian blonde.

Gassy yellow-orange with a plentiful foamy head. Yeasty, lightly spiced aroma, herby. Slightly plasticy first hit, then malty and very dry, and much nicer. Smooth and tasty but with a bitter bite to it.

Just an ordinary Belgian blond beer. Fruity, yeasty and with some spices, the usual.

11.2 ounce stubby brown .. Deep gold .. Very solid foam .. Mild yeast, yeasty hay, straw, solid bitterness, and dried out honeycomb .. Easy palate .. Quite a dry beer .. I actually really like this, not awfully deep but enjoyable .. . . I asked a sheep fucker how many sheep he’s fucked in his lifetime; he fell asleep thinking about it.

Pours a golden color with white head. Spice, coriander, yeast, and some malt on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes clean.

the aroma is malty with yeast, flowers and, a little bit, spices... the taste is rather mild, with shades of honey and buckwheat and also some spices... the wine finish...

Tried this in Tournai. A little yeasty taste. Not for everyone but I liked it. Good for a change anyway
