| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 21, 2007 Bottle, bought @ Willems, Grobbendonk. Pours a clear golden yellow with a bubble white head with surprising longevity. Aroma is barnyard, muskiness, honey and a touch of oak. Lively mouthfeel. Flavour has a dry tartness with lots of herbs. This is surely a Saison, not a Belgian Ale. Some ginger, light peppers, banana and apples. The 7 % are nowhere to be seen. bhensonb (4401), Woodland, California, USA
