Pours blonde with very little head and a caramel aroma. There is a carbonated caramel malt flavor with some banana ester. There is an underlying essence that is distinct to this brewery - probably from the yeast.

Bottle from the Orland Park, IL, Binny’s Beverage Depot: This poured a golden body with very lively carbonation and a sustained white head that left some spotty lace. The aroma had sweet pale malt, cherries, lemon rind, a touch of the floral, and a hint of alcohol. Very light, fluffy mouthfeel. The flavor pretty well reflected the sensations of the nose, adding a touch of soapy yeast and a mild orange pip bitterness. Very drinkable, dangerously hiding the strong alcohol content through most of the drink.

Bottle Shared at Ryan & Max’s Tasting @ Pauls. Pours a hazy golden body with a white head. Yeast y spicy etoh with a lighter zesty fruity esters. Some citrus notes a mild etoh warming. Fell short of my expectations.

330ml Bottle: Aroma of yeast, light green apples, and hints of Belgian malts, and pepper. Poured yellow/gold in color with a large, off-white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Full of tiny particles throughout. Flavor is light to medium sweet. Tastes of yeast, green apples, light pale malts, hops, and a hint of spices. Medium body. Tingly, dry texture. Lively carbonation. Yeast, slight green apple, and slight malt finish is dry.
