Flavors, complex, malts, grapefruits, light banana, hops, hints of spices and vanilla. Nice hops power, floral and nice sparkling bitterness. Strong flavors, some alcohol feel. Long lasting flavors and fresh bitterness. Very nice and enjoyable, quite complex overall. Really satifiying. wonderfull. One more please!

Pours with really good lacing. Has mostly a floral taste, a good example of the triple on the upper end of the average. Holds it down without being anything too crazy. Some licorice, definite floral aftertaste. A little touch of bitterness. It’s a good package. Bottle from The Only Cafe.

Holy white head of doom batman! I poped the top and foam damn near exploded out the bottle. The color is a blonde cloudy with yeast floaties. The aroma is yeasty ans a bit spicy and gives the impression of a full bodied brew. The taste is indeed yeasty and there is a sweet spicy note. The body is more of a medium body. You can feel the alcohol a bit as you swallow. Overall not a bad brew worth a buy and a rebuy

Bottle @ Geroen tasting. Pours slightly hazy yellow to dark yellow. White dense head. Fragile nose, all subtle, but on sipping lots of alcohol warmth, but still a velvet slick palate. A dangerous and conservatie triple.

Pours a cloudy yellow with a foamy white head. The aroma has a lot of fruit and a bit of funk. The flavor is fruity with a bit of pepper at the back. The finish is dry. OK but nothing special.

Seems confused. This drinks much more wild and herbal like a Saison rather than with the subtle complexity of Tripel. Banana and dried herbs dominate the nose and palate.

Bottle. Bright and clear golden color, medium white head, solid lacing. Aroma of white pepper, straw, hay. Taste starts sweet, then bitter and peppery with a bit of spice. Nice.

Spicy with a bit of honied sweetness. Clear yellow with a light body. Crisp flavor, almost pilseneresque. Tried with Dave and Jess at the Bruges Bierfest in 2012.

11.2 ounce bottle into chalice, bottle date of 5/2011 notched. Pours hazy golden amber color with a nice 1-2 finger dense off white head with great retention that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty lacing on the glass, and plenty of carbonation streaming up retaining a nice head. Aromas of big lemon, apricot, citrus, pepper, biscuit, banana, tart grains, and yeast spices. Decent aromas with good strength and balance. Taste of lemon, biscuit, clove, citrus, grass, apricot, tart grain, pepper, candi sugar, and yeast spices. Lingering notes of pepper, biscuit, citrus, tart grain, and yeast spices on the finish for a bit. A little to grainy for my liking, but still well balanced. Medium carbonation and body; with a fairly creamy and slightly slick mouthfeel as expected for the style. Alcohol is well hidden with only a slight warming on the finish. Smooth to drink for 9%, but is still a bit of a sipper. Overall a very solid and balanced tripel. A bit too much tart grainy breadiness, but I still enjoyed it.
