Bottled (from Belgian Shop). Whoo, fountaintime! Golden colour, huge white head, which settles quite quickly. Aroma is fruits, caramel malts, burnt sugar, some yeast as well as some cookies. Flavour is sweet fruits, some alcohol, spices, yeast and also some mild cookies and sweet malts. A rather sweet tripel, where the alcohol also gives a quite strong sting.

Bottled (Bs, BB 10/2008). Lively outcome. Despite of that head vanishes quicky, slightly hazy orange color. Nose is apricot, candi sugar and yeast. A bit dusty. Very sweet flavor for tripel. Candi sugar, sweet fruits (mango), some alcohol in the finish. Old yeast tinge.
