Orange-ochre, clear beer with good and very dense & fine off-white head, very persistent. Nose with lots of candi sugar, spicy, some citrus & toasted. Alcohol is very obvious, more than the declared 7% would suggest. Toasted taste, dry mix of citrus, herbs and alcohol. I must confess the balance impresses me no end. FInish is even more dry, to the point of MF dustiness. It conveys the impression of genever, which is pretty curious, as only the berries, not the spirit are added. Dry, alcoholwarming. 7% in ABV, but strong ale in character. As said, impressive balance - one to try.

11.2oz bottle in a Trappist glass. Pours cloudy golden with a thick, lacy, off-white head. Aroma of spicy yeast, caramel malts, some fruits, and light hops. Flavor about the same. Average texture. A decent tripel.

a la nariz es muy suave con un leve olor a citricos y malta,al paladar es bastante suave poco carbonatada bevible con leves sabores a malta y algo de citricos,nada especial pero no es mal

Bottle from Belgisk Bryg. Unclear golden colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of fruit, malt, yeast and spice.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of juniper berries, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and juniper berries, leading to a dry finish.

The pour is pale yellow with an off-white, long lasting fizzy head. The aroma has a malty note with apples in the background. The body is thin but not watery. There were malts in the taste. It was very average.
