Ungstrup (11930), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 12, 2006 A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is metallic and fruity - as if the fruits has been stored too long. The flavor is sweet dusty - and again these fruits that have been stored too long comes to mind. The alcohol also shows it presence with a few hints. Papsoe (11421), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jul 9, 2005 Updated: Mar 12, 2006(Bottle 33 cl) Dark amber, with some stale, yeasty impurities. Fresh, spicy aroma. Complex flavoral pattern, very refined and spicy. Some toffee, some fruit with a dry and bitter finish.
