A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is metallic and fruity - as if the fruits has been stored too long. The flavor is sweet dusty - and again these fruits that have been stored too long comes to mind. The alcohol also shows it presence with a few hints.

(Bottle 33 cl) Dark amber, with some stale, yeasty impurities. Fresh, spicy aroma. Complex flavoral pattern, very refined and spicy. Some toffee, some fruit with a dry and bitter finish. Interesting and quite unique. 110998

Bottled. Hazy orange. Vague melon aroma. Sweet with notes of toffee. Thin, short flavour with sharp, salty finish.

33 cL bottle, comes as Tradition Ambree. Pours hazy orange with a collapsing white head. Light citric and with a mild yeasty aroma. Flavour is medium sweet with a light spiced acidic note. Light soapy feel and light spiced finish.

Bottle, 6.5%. Yeasty, vinous aroma. Sparkling, hazy brown colour. Nice and big, lacy, creamy, stable white head. The flavour starts with some metal that disappears, more or less, after a while. Mild, semi-sweet maltiness. Late bitterness. Rather mild and with a little metal, otherwise OK.
