330ml bottle: Copper colour with off-white head. Smells like ripe fruits-peach- and caramel notes. Flavour is fruity, yeasty, and rich with caramel. Medium to full bodied with a carbonic mouthfeel. Distinct dry finish. This is a great beer with added pluses of being organic and gluten-free, which is just downright difficult to find.

Tasted as Brunehaut Amber Gluten Free. Pours a clean soft copper amber with two fingers of crackling off white head. Nose is fruity with some caramel and raisin, hints of spice and lightly raisiny. Not too bad. Caramel and raisin are big in the flavor, spicy and peppery with some zest. Prickly and light bodied with a lot of carbonation.

Bottle @ home. Hazy amber color, full sized off-white to beige head that lasts for a decent while and leaves fair lacing. Smell and taste malts, leaves, raisins, light to moderately sweet. Probably the first gluten free beer I’ve tasted that is not horrible. Medium body and carbonation.

330ml bottle (?, Riga)
Rich grainy aroma, heavy. Mid orange, persistent tight head. Restronasals remind me of something I can’t pinpoint. Dry and a bit mouldy, like the nasty fridge mold cake experience from my childhood. Dry dry dry finish - cocoa beans. Has 3 big negatives for me - gluten-free, amber, and bio - so it would always be hard for this to impress me. I can’t say I like, but it’s not super horrific.

(cortesía de Loic Tyberghein) Botella de 330ml. Copa Tulipa. Gentil final amargo y seco. (courtesy from Loic Tyberghein) 330ml bottle. Tulip glass. Enjoyed on mar´13. Pale amber color, veiled appearance. Off-white to yellowish froth, close crown shows fairly good retention & leaves lacing on sides. Caramel malt, Belgian yeast, candy & ripe fruit aromas, hints of molasses & spices. Sweet mild toasted malt upfront with herbal bitter touch. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Oily to watery texture. Spices & sweet ripe citric fruit in the middle. Gentle dry bitter finish.
