Not as good as the golden ale but a beer that doesn’t show its lack of gluten. Nicely done.

Bottle from Bottle Barn in Santa Rosa, CA. Pours clear copper with a foamy off-white head. Aroma is light, and it seems to be pale stone fruits. Med body. Flavor is a bit yeast/spice with pale stone fruit. Peach is what seems to be the best choice. It’s not the tastiest beer, but if it was served blind I don’t think I’d realize it’s gluten free. Gotta be one of the better choices for the intolerant. Like it tastes like beer.

In bottle. Pours a dark hazelnut colour with a decent, yellowish head. Aroma is a little sour with lemon, candy sugar and raisins. Similar flavours with moderate carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel. Quite thin and a little metallic. Bready yeast and biscuity malt. Not for me.

Aftertaste: sweet caramel, bit of citrus.
