Ziet er aantrekkelijk uit en mondgevoel is prima, maar dat is wat mij betreft ook het enige positieve aan dit bier. Smaakt synthetisch, metalig. Nasmaak erg onprettig.

Sweet malt, nuts, grain, bread, feet aroma. Cloudy amber, thick yellow head. Strangely tart, hay, nuts, and grain. Medium body, moderate carbonation. A bit off.

Aug ’14. Another 0.33 l bottle from Bio Bio store in Split, shared with Marko. Hazy light brown bodied with medium sized head. Weak but fine aroma, there was coffee, cocoa milk, grain, touch of orange, too, Flavor, like their blonde, was sweet again, spiced up with dog food again. Thin in body, however, it showed some fine citrus and herbal bitterness, especially in the finish, which made it more pleasant. Still a disappointment.

Mild, malty aroma. Nutty, somewhat doughy flavor, with an unpleasant metallic aftertaste. Average at best, and not worth seeking out.

330ml bottle from beers of Europe. Pours clear amber brown, thin creamy head. Aromas of malt, toffee, mixed peel. Taste is sweet, and not a bit thin. Ok, I guess.

33 cl bottle at home. Murky orange-brown and pours with a massive white head. Aroma of nut and slightly herbal, pepper I think. Taste is a good balance of sweetness with a light bitterness. More pepper in the aftertaste, grainy but with a short finish. Ok I suppose, but I don’t think I would have another.

The first gluten-free beer that I drank. A little strange, but delicious aftertaste of something fried)

Bottle as a gift. Orange brown colour, white foam. Aroma of caramel and dried fruit. Light roasty notes and some sweet chocolate. Rather unbalanced.

Another of Brunehaut’s organic beers, with a snow white, dense, medium thick head and deep amber colour, clear with good fizz. Aroma of walnuts, caramel, dried apricots, apple peel, lemon zeste but unfortunately a fairly strong H2S presence as well (sewer water and rotten egg). Fruity onset, orange peel freshness, spicy yeastiness, apple and nuts, caramelly malt sweetishness, rather thin body with an even somewhat watery finish with low, grassy hop bitterishness. Forgettable and not even very pleasant in the nose.
