0.75l bottle, bought at Auchan Illkirch-Graffenstaden, labelled Blanche de Bruges Biologique. Hazy pale yellow, mid-sized white head. Spicy nose. Malty with hints of wheat and spices like coriander and clove, also hints of lemon peel and orange zest. A bit thin, but still good and refreshing.

Bottle, 5%. Hazy yellow colour. Unstable white head. The flavour is very uninspriring, not much spice or fruit. Almost like a pale lager.

33cl bottle, Brunehaut Blanche Biologique, 5.0%. Hazy, golden colour with a big and slowly lacing foamy white head. Yeasty, citrus-fruity and moderately wheaty nose with a flowery touch and rather strong notes of coriander. Moderately sour flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty, wheaty and citric, also slightly zesty taste with moderate coriander spice, lingering into the delicately sour and citrus-fruity finish. 24.IX.09
