UPDATED: JUL 8, 2010 wednesday, january 10, 2007: Bottle, 33 cl. Golden clear in color with white head. Nice good witbier. Little citrus aroma, pretty taste, nice wheat character. Bitter and dry at the end.

This wheat beer has more spices (little pepper) and less citrus than Ginette.
I prefere this one. But both are good belgian wheatbeers.

pretty good witbier. soft citrus aroma, mild and pleasant taste, nice wheat character. great on a hot summer day.

cloudy orange colour with a fine head and a nice lace, grapefruit and honeyish aroma, smooth and sweet with a touch of acidity, long corny and spicy finish - lot of character

me impresiono bastante por la suavidad,olor leve a malta y algo de citricos,al paladar elegante bien carbonatada me encanto la suavidad que se siente en el paladar y el agradable after taste muy buena

Bottle from Hong Kong. Hazy yellow with stable white head. Aroma is very nice, herbal mild ginger and candied lemon peel. Very soft palate that thins in the finish. Dry herbal and crisp citrus hops with coriander, mint, mild basil and ginger notes. Refreshing, dry, very nice and goes down really well.

On bottle at Le Bier Circus, Bruxelles. Very drinkable beer, it was suggested to me by the boss, in association with a soup fish (Waterzooi). Excellent pairing with the food I was eating, which allowed me to better notice the contrast between the beer and the food and to not cover the fish taste. Light, with a medium head, not persistent, wheat aroma and a little bit fruity. Good!

Bottled, thanks Bov! Clody golden, small head. Aroma of coriander and lemon peels. Light bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Spritzy with vanilla and citrus. Low bitterness. Refreshing.

GBBF: Clear light gold in colour. Mild spice in nose.Sweet honey malts in start, with spicy pepper finish. Medium bodied, and quite tasty.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2008 Bottled at Delirium, Gothenburg. Golden with white head. Mostly cellar and sour notes to this one. Dry bitterness in the end. Rating: 6-4-6-3-14-3.3. (051008)
Bottle. It pours an almost clear orange-golden body under a firm two finger thick, white head. Fine lacings left. Good carbonation going on. Fruity on the nose, with lemon and banana doing most of the job, but also some canned pear and a touch of coriander. A little hint of yeast too. Herbal start on the flavor, soon followed by fruits and coriander. Piney hops giving a nice bitterness too. Medium, effervescent mouthfeel. Fine herbal and piney finish with the fruits and coriander present too. A refreshing witbier, presenting itself as a mix between wit and blonde. (081213)

Bottle. Golden-orange colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, citrus, spices. Flavour is fruit, citrus, spices, banana. Medium body. Easy drinkable OK beer.
