Caramel and hay, dough. Amber color, cloudy, big white head, yeast. Medium bitter and sour, long aftertaste.
One of the best gluten free beers for me.

Bottle served quite cold. Very sour for a blond. Not much going for it. Mellow malt aroma.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aug ’14. A 0.33 l bottle from Bio Bio store in Split, shared with Marko. It poured hazy yellow body with big head. Fine caramel and yeasty aroma, a bit grainy. Flavor was sweet, sugary, also grainy with some light off notes (dogfood). Medium bodied with quite long sweet finish. Too simple and too sweet for my taste in Belgian ales.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
33 bottle at home. It’s a blonde! Clear as a bell, white head. Bready, cereal aroma. Taste: slightly sweet, then light bitterness. Tastes of wet grain and bitter hop, quite pleasant. Palate is a little thin, but this is not a bad beer. It is not as sweet as some blondes and a good all-rounder, especially for those who are gluten intolerant.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle with no gluten free mark on the label: Grainy and nutty nose. Clear golden, thick, lacy head. Nutty, cereal grains, lightly sweet. Light body, easy carbonation. Cardboard finish. Not awful, but I think I would tire of it fairly easily. Bonus point for gluten-free.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle, 0.33l. Clear deep golden color with medium creamy white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma is grainy, yeasty and fruity. Taste starts with sweet toasted malt, following is mild fruity and sour yeasty with mild spicy mouthfeel and light bitter finish. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Very decent brew...

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
I am about as enthusiastic about this Blonde beer as I am with the Brunehaut’s other biological beer, their triple. I love it. It has a very rich and full taste.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet. Organic and gluten free. ABV is 6.5%. Pale golden colour, large and lasting white head. Aroma of grain, malts, dust, "spicy" yeast. Light bodied for its strength. Refreshing flavour, a little sweetness, but not too much. Notes of citrus and spicy yeast. Very moderate hops. Well worth drinking, even if you don’t need a gluten free beer.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
330ml stubby brown bottle from a Casino in Marseille. Bottle conditioned. Quite sweet foamy blonde beer. The gluten has been removed. Generally it is considered that most traces of gluten are removed in the brewing process, particularly in long fermentations, so it is possible that this brewer has simply analyzed the beer, and fond such low quantities of gluten that they feel confident enough to promote it as gluten free, rather than that they don’t use barley. Other than being rather sweet and smooth, this tastes as one would expect a 6.5% pale malt beer to taste.
