COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Unfiltered/Bottle conditioned
A standard barley beer certified as containing less than 5 ppm of gluten after brewing.
ATTENTION: This entry is for the Bio and Bio-Gluten Free (now superseding the bio version). The gluten free is labeled with a small ’gluten free’ mark on the label.
Though this beer has been separated from the Blonde Bio, there is no evidence that the recipe has changed, so it is likely that the beers are the same. Do not assume that this will be a new beer, as the beers may be merged in the near future.

Bottle at home. Pours a golden dark straw colour with a medium, off-white head. Aroma of pale malt, hay, Belgian yeast and some spices and meat (?!). The flavour is similiar but pretty light. Some metallic touch in the end. Slick mouth feel, and a light bitterness. A strange taste and not very tasteful.

Skitten gul og uklar med masse fluffy skum. Lukter vått gress/korn. Noe søtsmak og veldig tam øl. Ikke helt min smak.

Bottle. An unclear one, pale golden in color, with a small off-white head leaving curtains. Citrus, pale malts, white sugar and light spiciness and Belgian yeast. Quite sweet, with a faint spiced touch. Citrus and some bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Short finish. Nice, for a gluten free beer. 130906

33cl Bottle, bought at a supermarket opposite of Mykonos airport, as Sturm Beer Bière Bio Blonde Sans Gluten, probably an alias. Straight from the bottle. Extreme gusher. Aroma is quite sweet, malty, floral, fruity, yeast. Flavour is medium-sweet, floral, fruity, light malty, a bit of bread, light bitterness, yeast. Light-bodied, firm carbonation. Not half bad I guess.

Sampled at Toronto Festival of Beer. A little watery and thin but not bad considering the absence of gluten -- that wonder ingredient of beery goodness.

Blonde légèrement trouble, forte effervescence qui se dissipe lentement, fin col blanc. Un peu de pain, un peu de caramel, un peu d’herbe, trop de métal. Comme pour l’ambrée, bof.
