GBZ59 (1061) - BARCELONA (Catalonia), SPAIN - MAR 15, 2013
(courtesy from Loic Tyberghein) 330ml bottle. La Chouffe Tulip glass. Enjoyed on mar13. Pale yellow straw color. Veiled. White froth creates close crown. Lasting thin layer remains on top. Sweet yeast, herbal & hay aromas, hints of citrics & grape, spiced notes. Enters smooth malty rounded by honey touch with subttle underneath hoppiness. Medium body. Moderate to high carboantion.Texture is dense to watery. Fruits & spices in the middle linger into a dry non-sharp bitter finish. Fruity aftertaste, Refreshing & drinkable since ABV is felt but sensation is pleasant. Pretty corrrect beer, neither bland nor flat as many Bios use to be.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons, Calais. Hazy dirty gold with lasting white head. That’s a tasty easy drinking blond. Yep, not great depth, but it’s very drinkable.

Dobre piwo lepsze niż wersje bio. To bezglutenowe wydanie jest powiewem świeżości i smaku. Ładna spora piana, mętność i wyraźniejszy smak. ładnie się do tego prezentuje w tulipanie.

Aroma of wheat and slight clove. Pours hazy blonde with a yeasty head. Taste is tart with a bitter baking soda hit.and a solid wheat Belgian body. Aftertaste is alaramingly fruity. Meh.

jaghana (3695) - Strasbourg (France), FRANCE - DEC 1, 2012
Bottle 33cl, a cloudy yellow beer with huge head. Nose is on grain, aroma is grainy too with grassy and metallic notes, astringency, dry, some what light sourish background, vinous like finish.

zenkis (537) - Ogre, LATVIA - NOV 25, 2012
Pours cloudy pale with bubbly foam which diminish in thin white layer. Aroma of floral hops, a bit sour. Taste is light sweet, fizzy spicy, with minimal to none bitterness in afterpath. Light body, high carbonation, minimal dry finish. Overall - stable "nothing to remember" although taste is best in this brew so in hot sun I wouldn’t reject to have one.

The only difference I could sense between this one and the gluten free amber was the color. Similar cereal malt notes and sweet fruitiness. Meh again...I think I just want some gluten.

Bottle shared by lance up at proof. Aroma is buttery, bandaid action. Tastes are grain, honey, caramel. OK.

Ernest (6142) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - AUG 4, 2012
Bottle. Head is initially average sized, frothy/fizzy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is a lightly malty (toasted grain, cereal), lightly hoppy (flowers), with notes of gum and pepper, light note of soap. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly husky. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Plain, dull, and kinda clunky. Aroma is mostly gum ester, not much else going on.
